1. Overview

ORIOTI ("ORIOTI," "we," "us") publishes casual, single-player mini games. These games do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to play. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data of our own through gameplay.

However, like nearly all free mobile games, we use a small number of third-party services for advertising, crash reporting, and basic usage analytics. Those services may collect limited technical data as described below. This policy explains what that data is, who processes it, and what choices you have.

2. Data We Collect Directly

None. These games do not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos, contacts, or location, and do not include user accounts, chat, or social features. All game progress (scores, unlocked levels, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not sent to ORIOTI.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party SDKs to show ads, measure crashes, and understand aggregate usage (e.g. how many sessions a day the game gets). These providers act as independent data controllers/processors for the data they collect through their SDK, governed by their own privacy policies:

ProviderPurposeData typically collectedPolicy
Google AdMob Ad serving, ad measurement Advertising ID, IP address (coarse location), device/OS info, ad interaction events policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics) Crash reporting, aggregate usage analytics App events, crash logs, device model, OS version, install ID firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Apple App Store / Google Play Distribution, payments (if any in-app purchases), platform diagnostics Purchase history, device identifiers, platform diagnostics — governed by Apple/Google, not ORIOTI apple.com/legal/privacy / policies.google.com/privacy

None of this data is linked to a real-world identity by ORIOTI. Where legally required (EEA/UK/California), we request advertising consent or provide an opt-out through the mechanisms described in Section 8 before any personalized advertising occurs.

4. Children's Privacy

Our mini games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country, e.g. 14 in Korea). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If an app is designated as "Made for Kids" / primarily child-directed on a store listing, ads served in that app are configured as non-personalized/contextual only, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play Families Policy, and Apple's Kids Category requirements. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@orioti.com and we will investigate.

5. Device Permissions

These games generally request no device permissions beyond what the platform requires to run (e.g. network access to load ads) and, where applicable, local notification permission to remind you about daily rewards. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location for gameplay.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data because we do not collect any directly. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to each provider's own retention schedule (see their policies linked above).

7. Security

Because gameplay data stays on your device and we do not operate backend servers that store personal data for these apps, there is no ORIOTI-held personal data to secure. Third-party providers maintain their own industry-standard security controls.

8. Your Rights (by Region)

European Economic Area / UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where a third-party SDK processes an identifier tied to you (e.g. an advertising ID), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict that processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Ad personalization consent is requested via an in-app consent prompt and can be withdrawn at any time in your device's ad settings.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which can include advertising identifiers used for personalized ads). You can exercise the opt-out by disabling personalized ads in your device's ad settings, or by contacting us at support@orioti.com.

Republic of Korea (PIPA)

Under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, individuals have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information. As ORIOTI does not directly collect personal information through these apps, such requests are generally directed to the relevant third-party provider; ORIOTI will assist in routing any request received at support@orioti.com.

Other Regions

Users in other jurisdictions with data protection laws (e.g. Canada's PIPEDA, Brazil's LGPD, Australia's Privacy Act) have broadly comparable rights to access and request deletion of data held about them. Contact us and we will respond consistent with applicable local law.

9. International Data Transfers

ORIOTI is based in the Republic of Korea. Third-party SDK providers referenced above (Google) are global companies that may process data in the United States or other countries, under their own applicable safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/UK data).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new third-party SDK. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
